BMW’s lineup of vehicles is no stranger to accolades. The BMW 3 Series still owns the record for most consecutive appearances on Car and Driver’s 10Best award list. For 2020, BMW’s award winning lineup spans the entire range, from coupes to sedans, X cars and M cars, and everything in between.

In the US, J.D Power awarded BMW three titles. The BMW 8 Series and BMW X6 both won the J.D. Power Award for “Luxury Cars in Quality”. The BMW X6 also won the J.D. Power Award for “Best SUV to Buy in 2020”. Wards awarded the BMW X6 M Competition the “Best Interior 2020” award and the BMW X7 the “Best User Experiences 2020” award. Kelly Blue Book anointed the BMW X5 as a “Best Buy 2020” in the Midsize Luxury SUV category.

Internationally, the awards continue to stack up even more. What Car? (GB) handed out a whopping nine awards to BMW cars. The BMW 330e, BMW 5 Series, and BMW 3 Series were all awarded “Car of the Year” in their respective categories. The BMW 330e and X5 xDrive45e both won “Electric Car Awards”. Auto Express (GB) gave the “New Car Award” to the BMW X5 xDrive45e. Evo (GB) bestowed its “Car of the Year” award to the BMW M2 CS. Top Gear’s (GB) “Car of the Year” award went to the BMW M3.
