BMW Unveils Enhanced 2025 3 Series: A Blend of Sportiness, Comfort, and Cutting-Edge Technology
BMW has unveiled the 2025 3 Series with exciting new updates, enhancing both its design and technological prowess. The latest iteration of this iconic model, which has been at the core of the BMW brand for nearly five decades, promises to deliver a refined driving experience with new design details and advanced digitalization.

Exterior and Interior Refinements
The 2025 3 Series boasts fresh exterior paint finishes like Arctic Race Blue metallic and Vegas Red metallic, alongside two new BMW Individual shades: Frozen Pure Grey metallic and Frozen Portimao Blue metallic. The M Sport package now includes striking 19-inch M alloy wheels, enhancing the car’s sporty elegance.
Inside, the 3 Series features redesigned steering wheels and an upgraded dashboard. The 330i models come with a two-spoke wheel with a polygonal rim, while the M340i and 330i models with the M Sport package have a three-spoke, flat-bottomed M steering wheel. Interior lighting has been updated to include customizable cascade lighting around the central vents, adding to the premium ambiance.

Technological Advancements with BMW Operating System 8.5
BMW’s latest Operating System 8.5 powers the new iDrive with QuickSelect, enhancing user experience through intuitive controls and advanced navigation features, including Augmented View. The system offers a more streamlined interface, allowing drivers to access functions directly from the home screen without navigating through submenus.

Enhanced Driving Dynamics
The 2025 3 Series benefits from a meticulously tuned chassis, improving its balance of sporty performance and ride comfort. A stiffer rear damper mounting contributes to a smoother ride across various road conditions, maintaining the model’s reputation for dynamic precision and control.

Engine Upgrades with Mild Hybrid Technology
Both the 2-liter inline 4-cylinder engine in the 330i and the 3-liter inline 6-cylinder engine in the M340i now feature 48V mild hybrid technology. This update enhances power delivery and efficiency, with the M340i producing up to 386 hp and achieving 0-60 mph in just 4.4 seconds (4.1 seconds with xDrive). The 330i engine, utilizing the Miller cycle combustion process, offers 255 hp and improved fuel efficiency.

Launch and Pricing
The worldwide launch of the new BMW 3 Series is set for July 2024, with production for the U.S. market starting in August at the BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí in Mexico. Pricing starts at $45,500 for the 330i, $47,500 for the 330i xDrive, $59,600 for the M340i, and $61,600 for the M340i xDrive.
With these updates, the BMW 3 Series continues to embody driving pleasure, innovative technology, and elegant design, reinforcing its status as a leader in the premium midsize segment.
