First and foremost, Id like to mention that the two men I've dealt with so far are excellent ( William and I think Greg). They have such great personalities! I recently switch over from Asseal BMW for service due to convenience. At first I was kind of hesitant because I thought they did a great job as well. However to my surprise, Pacific BMW is so much better. I guess you'll never know until you try it. If those two guys are any indication of the rest of the crew- service is overall excellent!
